hmm.. hi.

guess its been pretty long, but anyhow..

just fin final proj for the acad year. been a helluva month. really.

the acad year's ending and will be entering 2nd year soon. Sigh...thats fast.

Too bad for design students (frankly, the flaws of blockteaching is so much more apparent than the benfits) , cos we dont haf any hols in between acad year 06/07 and 07/08. Its gonna be one long haul from january to june at least...

Crap. im so tired.

t-p-band concert is...this coming friday...derno how the hell we're gonna make it. Just went down for prac today aft a long time. Coincidentally, my lessons was and is coinciding with every single band prac. wth. this sucks.

ah well, im only left with 1 week to settle my parts. yay! =D ... Hopefully i can get the english horn out for the concert (for noah's ark). then...i gotta get the reed... Hmm... Hope everything turns out alright nex week. Pls...dont let anything go wrong.

oh yeah..hardymerten's coming this sun! lol... looking forward to msart.

oh...and hopefully i can attend hsc's syf....

alright...lets see..
last week was pretty eventful..what with band and stuffs. hmm...nasband was nice...met a couple of nice ppl. haha...

and...i found out my oboe is...well, the key alignments are off. the lower registers are super hard to play/pitch. argh...frustrating..i thought it was the reeds at first. but nah..the problem's bigger now...gotta get it realligned again somehow..hopefully justin can do smthg about it..haha.. Zzz......

hmm...ah...the msart xmas concert... XD... well..it was entertaining..for me, that is. haha! well..im sure the band was more entertained then the audience... and..the audience were like such a small crowd...well..can i consider it a crowd? there were only a few rows of chairs... goshh..pretty bad attendance i'd say. ahaha...
bro wanted to come down to support zhi hao...but couldnt make it in the end...hmmm...yeahh..

sigh...i'd say i played quite crappily for that concert... half the time i was bothered by the keys. damn.
wasnt an exactly nice experience...
got.to. fix. it.

well..i got to know more abt the msart members. *grins*

and...food after was good..not bad... haha!
then..spoke to mrs c about the alumni bbq. *wahahahaha*
it should be scheduled on either 18, 19 or 20..at her place... *wahahahahaha*

sprayed the bookshelf today. dammit. breathed in a whole gasload of the midnight blue nippon spraypaint. shit. my lungs' gonna be coloured. zzzz... but of cos, i found the mask only after it happened..
brr...nose is acting up.

great. i think i just shortened my life. >:(

then, right after i sprayed. it rained. RAINED.

crap...now the paint will never dry.

"operation spray hsc baton" is also not going well... the surface of the baton was just so cracked i had to re-sand the whole thing again. but. its still not smooth. random little lumps all over... i feel...violent... but anw, i continued with the primer...seems quite ok (hopefully it can cover up...)...tho the surface is still kinda rough....gotten sand it before the actual coat. grr...then i gotta get the spray lacquer. shuld i do the handle too? XD

now i know why batons are so ex........

and.......

i hope the post office dint screw up my greeting cards again. Some ppl dint receive it last yr. ... cards were prolly trapped in the tsunami of card in the postoffice...blehhhh..
thats y i sent it earlier this year.

oh..hello again..
just a lil update.

23 of dec! yeah. concert. Passion by the eminence symphony orchestra. Anime and game pieces from final fantasy (well..12 to be exact *currently playing* =)), chrno cross, chrono trigger, xenosaga, vaagrant story, shadow of the colossus(oh man...great game, great music) and guests includes yasunori mitsuda (composer of chrono cross/trigger)! iim a huge fan of his. too bad hitoshi sakimoto cant make it for the concert..dammit. watched his interview on the ff12 special ed dvd and well..it was inspiring... zzz...why is he not coming?? argh... but...waha! still cool.

erm..lets see...had a busy month of november...
had rendering class..learnt a helluva buncha stuff. t'was great fun. tho the assignments and projects wasnt exactly easy...but i had fun.
spend so much munny on the art materials, blew a damn hole in my pocket man... copic markers,black/white pencils Zzzz..., stencils, all the Bs pencils, pastels, goauche, coloured pencils, copic liners, PAPER(real ex ones...Zzz...)erh...and many random stuffs... printing on A2 paper wasnt exactly cheap either...

well..nuff of complaining...
haha...

eh...november's over, im done with my assignments. well...i daresay i put in quite alot of effort...hahaha! not bad... hope my grades show that... Zzz.. i wonder..

well..as for band..nthg much really happened...msart was ok..tho the attendance wasnt that gd..but well i guess everyone's busy with stuff and all... oboe doesnt seem to be in a good condtion..some probs here and there..key stuck and all...abit irritating... grr...i derno why...funny...reeds arent cooperaating too...or is it just me?

if i dont do the subject this block, im gonna die (srsly. DIE) in the upcoming blocks! evrything will be so packed... dammit. (imagine 6-9 hrs straight lessons...)

wahoo..nice and big and cosy.. then there was this nice big grand piano in the living hall and 2 cello cases...haha..was abit stunned..
first time... lol.. normally would only meet him at some random place in sg. esaplnade la..blah~~
tested reeds.
not bad... got 3..then left.
haha..but it took me like an hour+ to and fro his place...
not bad.
gahahahaha..got new reeds! cool cool.

currently using justin's oboe cos of some stock check crapolala thing at tp.. sian. but his oboe is...nice to play. The response is good. hmm..though the keys are defect-y..but cant blame..its old aft all... but nevertheless. nice.

think ive got to go...hope i can post again soon... lol..
